The Peculiar Book Tag
Hey guys,
First off I just wanted to say sorry for not posting the last two weeks so I'm going to make it up to you this week. There will hopefully be a book review going up sometime this week.
So I've jut finished Rereading Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children and I thought it might be a nice apology to do The Peculiar Book Tag. This was created by Jesse at Jessethereader so I'll leave all of his links down below. Now let's get started.
1. Abandoned house - A book you once abandoned but gave it another chance and ended up enjoying.
This for me would be Wuthering Heights. One of my friends let me borrow their copies and I started reading 3 chapters but I thought it was too confusing for me. But after a while (I had it over a 6 week holiday) I read it again and ended up loving it and is one of my favourite classics romance books.
2. Vintage photographs - A book you would have loved to see illustrations in.
I would have to say Caraval by Stephanie Garber. It does have some things in like the letters but there is a lot more in the book that I'd love to see.
3. Loop - A book you wouldn't mind reading on loop.
Harry Potter. It's Harry Potter, I could just constantly read these all the time.
4. Peculiar Children - A characters abilities that you desire to have for yourself.
Percy Jackson's ability. I would love to do anything with water, it's my favourite element.
5. Miss Peregrine - Your favourite character that is a leader.
Joe Marsh from Little Women by Louisa May Alcott. She's not very leading but she has a very strong attitude of a leader and I think she's pretty awesome.
6. Jacob - Your favourite story where a regular kid discovers an extraordinary world.
Yous are going to hate me for repeating but Caraval again. Even though Scarlett isn't a kid she still has a bordered life of anything extraordinary until she receives the invitations.
7. Emma - A fierce and fiery character.
Margo from Paper Towns by John Green. She's very head strong and doesn't hold back when she knows what she wants to do.
8. Millard - A book that seems to be invisible but needs to be read by more people.
This would be Sidney Chambers and The Shadow of Death by James Runcie. It's about a vicar that solves crimes in his village. I really enjoyed it but no one I know has ever heard of it.
9. Olive - A book you bought that floated to the top of your TBR.
Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Not very surprising.
10. Hugh - A book that stung and caused a lot of feelings.
The Art Of Being Normal by Lisa Williamson.
11. Enoch - Without spoiling, a book character that you would bring back to life.
A certain twin that we all know about.
A certain twin that we all know about.
12. Bronwyn - A physically strong character.
Emmett from The Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer.
13. Hollowgasts - A book you read that felt like an experiment gone wrong.
That's a hard one for me because there isn't many books out there that I don't enjoy and when I have read a book I don't like I just kind of forget about it. SO I'll have to leave this one.

14. Wights - A book that felt like it consumed tropes that you've seen done in other books.
This is going to be very vague but any typical romance books. I'm not saying they are all the same but there are some out there that are the same but with different names.

Well that's it. Like I said I'm going to add Jesse's links just below so if you want to watch his videos you can.
So yeah, that's all for today and hopefully there will be a book review going up soon.
Buy guys.
