The Goonies Book Tag

Hey guys

Sorry this is a day late but mt laptop wouldn't turn on yesterday for me to post this.

I was watching The Goonies and I thought I'd do a tag. I couldn't find a Goonies Book Tag so I made my own. But if there already is one, I apologise.

1. Micky
When the opportunity comes to an adventure to find Willy's lost treasure and save the Goon Docks, Mikey jumps at the chance.
A character who's more than ready to go on an adventure to save the day.
I chose Percy Jackson because in the first book he wanted to save his mam and go on this massive quest to the Underworld to get her back.

2. Mouth Talkative and abrasive, Mouth very much lives up to his name.
A book that was hyped about and met all of your standards.
I'm going to admit that it took me quite awhile to read this, not because I didn't want to, but because I knew I'd cry. And I did. Everyone was going on about how great this book is, and I totally 100% agree with them.

3. Chunk He tells the truth about seeing a car chase but nobody believes him. A life time of tall tales and pranks will do that.
A lovable character that loves to joke around/plays tricks to no end.
I had to chose Fred and George Weasley. I know this answer is very typical but to me, I don't know anyone who fits this description more perfectly. It's Fred and George Weasley for pets sake.

4. Data
Amateur inventor who brings his smarts and gadgets along for the journey with his friends.

A book where the author took major risks writing but they ended up making that book great.
Pride and Prejudice is an amazing book and to incorporate zombies into it was a risk. There was the potential that it could be ruined. But it wasn't, it was amazing and it's one of my favourite books.

5. Brand Mikey's older brother who tries to be the most level headed of the group. Instead of bringing Mikey home safely, he ends up swept into the adventure too.
A character that only goes along with crazy plans to try and keep their friends safe.
In The Art Of Being Normal, Leo wants to go find his dad, but it's a long way to go by himself. So, to be a good friend, and to make sure Leo doesn't do anything stupid, David goes with him.

6. Sloth He is a seemingly scary madman in the attic, but is revealed to be more of a gentle giant after becoming friends with Chunk.
A character that you hated at the start but ended up loving in the end.
Enoch. I didn't hate him but he was my least favourite of the peculiars. I just didn't like how rude and snarky he was. But near the end of the series he grew to be one of my favourites. He reminds me a bit of Loki (he's one of my favourite Marvel characters), but Enoch isn't the bad guy. And because of this, I don't have a least favourite peculiar!

7. Andy A cheerleader who is the love interest of the resident Jerk Jock, but actually prefers Brand. She ends up stumbling into their quest by accident.
A book you thought was too popular but when you read it, you understood why it was.
This book was quite popular around my school (or at least for the people I knew), then the movie came out and it became more popular. And because this was school, I wasn't sure if I wanted to read it. But I got my own copy, read it, loved it, and forced other people to read it.

8. Stef Friends with Andy and doesn't associate with the Goonies, but gets pulled into the quest anyway.
A background character that you love.
I've chosen Elliot from Girl Online. This is because he's not the main character and he's not always there, or mentioned, but every time he appears in the book, he's amazing and funny. I prefer him over Penny, just saying.

9. Mama Fratelli The leader of the criminal gang, The Fratellis, and an abusive mother to Sloth, Jake and (less so to) Francis.
And evil character that you despise to no end.
Govoner Dragna. I hate this man! He was mean and abusive!
*SOPILER ALERT*

And when Tella jumped from the building, he didn't care that he lost his youngest daughter, but that he lost control over his oldest!

*END OF SPOILER*
And to arrange a marriage so that Scarlett doesn't know who he is, is terrible because he could be just as bad!

And that's all of the questions! I hope you liked it.
I enjoyed making it. It's the first tag I've ever made, so sorry I it's not the best.
And again, if this book tag was already a thing I pay, but I did look for one and I could find anything.

This main person I am tagging is Chloe over at Odd Girl Out. I'll leave her info at the end. And anyone else who would like to do this tag as well!!!
Till next time
